The Microwelder
is supplied mounted on a wheeled trolley for ease of portability.
With foot operated pedals to open or close the clamping/jaws separately
or together, thus leaving both hands free to set the ends of the wire to
be welded.
Standard models can be fitted with an electric lamp to assist the operator,
which automatically comes on when the machine is connected to the
electrical supply.
All mechanical and electrical components are totally enclosed in the
aluminium case.
Weight approx.45 to 50kgs covering all models.
Height with a lamp 119 cms, without a lamp 102 cms: width 67 cms,
depth 67 cms.

Movement of the electrodes/JAWS is controlled by enclosed parallel
guides which ensure that
the finest and heaviest wires are always welded in alignment.
One set of standard electrodes/JAWS cover the complete welding capacity of
the machine.
